I am having trouble logging into the system.
Eligible award recipients should sign-on using the login and password provided within their award packet, presentation box, or e-mail notification.
If you have misplaced your assigned login and password, please contact your human resources/benefits coordinator.
OK, I'm logged in. How do I order?
Click on Redeem my reward! Or select a category from the drop down menu.
From there, click on any of the images to see a detailed view of the item.
When you find something you like, click Add to Cart or Quick Checkout.
You will then be asked to supply your address and/or telephone number and email address. To confirm your order, click Place Order.
I'm interested in Framed Art Print. What is the ordering procedure?
To order a Framed Art Print, click on the Art Gallery icon or select the Art category.
Select one of the prints from the portfolio.
Select one of the frame styles using the drop down menu. Click Add to Cart or Quick Checkout.
I submitted an order, and need to change my order. How do I do this?
After you have confirmed and submitted your order, it is transmitted for processing. To change your order, contact your Service Award Administrator at
